Illustranting our ability to design versatile larege residential project. Beacon by the Sea included site design and construction design for a multi-phased resort condominium that included a four-story, forty-two unit Villa Building with three habitable floors at fourteen units per floor over one level of parking, consisting of three unit types. The complex also includes a clubhouse, pool and teki bar located next to the beach.

The Lake Merial Entranceway includes a welcome center, fountains, parking area and pedestrian walkways that fluently incorporate the natural settings of the surrounding area. Arbors were designed to create defined areas along the pedestrian walkways in order to give the area a sense of structure but still allow for an open natural feel.
