Restoration of the Panama City Publishing Company Building to its 1920’s appearance per the Secretary of Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation.Work included brick restoration; lead paint removal and re-painting; window and door restoration; wood replacement/restoration, including office ceiling; electrical rewire, service to code and fixtures; installation of new HVAC system; plumbing upgrade; roof restoration; and providing ADA access to restroom and building.
