Renovation of a five hundred seat performing arts auditorium building and four classroom/class lab buildings. Total project square footage is 42,641. Renovation includes new auditorium seating, acoustical modifications, new stage lighting and sound system. The scope of work also includes renovation of art, tumbling/dance classroom, nursing and industrial design labs.

Renovation and 4,000 sq. ft. addition to Building “L” will provide Chipola College’s Success Center an additional sixty person class-lab, 1,000 sq. ft. study lounge, new men’s & women’s restrooms, new metal roof, and a new mechanical system with chillers sized to accommodate adjacent classroom building “N”.

The Master plan evaluated the of growth and development on the existing grounds and structures of the school and it’s sister church. The scope of work included creating an Architectural and Landscaping theme for the facilities; study for better incorporation of vehicular parking and passenger loading areas; building space and site utilization; addressing security concerns; and development of new facilities to support the expanding school.
