Preparation of a single design concept for a nine-acre waterfront office park development. The concept is based on the current zoning of General Commercial-1 (GC-1). A cad generated mass model diagram maximizing the use of the site for office park was provided based upon the general information available. A colored architectural rendering was provided which included the following major elements:
1. Professional Office space/buildings
2. Small conference Center
3. Parking Garage
4. Pedestrian Waterfront Park and paths
5. Connectivity to adjacent developments and mass transit stops
6. Grade and lower level Commercial areas.
7. Other amenities.

Design of an Oxygen Bar in a 400 SF tenant space at Pier Park. The overall concept reflects a spa atmosphere that includes a bar area for six with lounging and seating areas as well as display space for various products and refreshments. A storage room was included for stocking of merchandise and to conceal the existing electrical panels.

The original scope of work was limited to providing a building shell while providing inviting, well designed corridor “core” facilities. Custom designed features and innovative use of materials and lighting in the common areas of the building’s interior add dimension and enhance the end user’s experience entering into and progressing through the facility. The structural system includes ICF wall systems, open web steel floor joists and concrete slab over metal deck. In 2008 the Greater Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce moved into a portion of the first floor of the building. The facility has since been renamed Chamber Centre.

The office space doubles as a Tourist and Relocation Information Center with a state-of-the-art lobby that contains an interactive kiosk, contemporary brochure racks, and an educational history wall featuring artwork and historical facts on Panama City Beach.
