The Chamber Centre located at 309 Beckrich Road is owned by Four Bay, LLC and constructed by McInnis Builders, LLC.

The Chamber Centre is Panama City Beach’s newest, Class-A business center. The original scope of work was limited to providing a building shell while providing inviting, well designed corridor “core” facilities. Custom designed features and innovative use of materials and lighting in the common areas of the building’s interior add dimension and enhance the end user’s experience entering into and progressing through the facility. The structural system includes ICF wall systems, open web steel floor joists and concrete slab over metal deck.

In 2008 the Greater Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce moved into a portion of the first floor of the building. The office space doubles as a Tourist and Relocation Information Center with a state-of-the-art lobby that contains an interactive kiosk, contemporary brochure racks, and an educational history wall featuring artwork and historical facts on Panama City Beach.
